The Parent-Friendly Label™ (PFL) is a voluntary, UNICEF Gulf-backed workplace award program implemented across the UAE. It enables organizations in the semi-governmental, private, and third sectors to earn recognition for fostering a supportive work culture and implementing policies that positively impact children aged 0-8. Numerous organizations throughout the UAE have already embraced this initiative, benefiting over 148,000 employees and more than 50,000 children so far.
In Education, “Family First” initiative was launched by HH Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, minister of Tolerance, at the GEMS World Academy Dubai earlier this year.
